Role Summary:
Wildstone is a leading owner of outdoor media infrastructure in Europe. The company’s portfolio of over 5,000 out-of-home advertising assets includes digital advertising screens in a various formats, classic billboards, and super premium digital sites.
Wildstone owns and leases outdoor media advertising assets in the UK, Ireland, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain and Australia. We are shaping the future of outdoor advertising through the digitisation of out-of-home assets. As the business continues to grow, we plan to accelerate the digital transformation of the OOH media landscape, upgrading traditional paper assets to digital across Europe and beyond.
As Marketing Manager for DACH, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing to develop and implement a marketing plan aligned with business objectives set by the Regional Director for DACH. You will also be responsible for managing third-party suppliers and a budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies through various advertising campaigns, encompassing both online and print mediums.
- Provide quarterly reports on lead generation activities, including metrics such as number of leads, cost per lead, and ROI per channel.
- Manage the marketing budget for the DACH region effectively.
- Oversee social media platforms by posting content, driving brand awareness, and fostering engagement.
- Brief the PR agency on relevant news stories, press releases, new partnership announcements, etc.
- Create content such as Employee Success Stories and other materials not covered by the PR agency’s remit.
- Support the Business Development team and other DACH region teams by creating presentations and marketing materials aligned with Brand Guidelines.
- Manage photography and video production, expanding the catalogue of visual assets and liaising with suppliers.
- Handle the ordering of branded merchandise and coordinate with suppliers.
- Provide insights and assistance for centrally managed PPC advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and X Ads.
Experience & Skills required:
- Degree in Marketing or an equivalent qualification through experience
- Native-level proficiency in German
- Ideally, a minimum of 5 years of relevant marketing experience
- Highly driven, with a desire to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strategic, analytical, and creative thinker
- Proven experience in lead generation for previous employers
- Strong creative writing skills and experience in media creation for advertising campaigns
- Proactive, self-starter with a strong initiative
- Delivery-focused
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation abilities
- Strong organizational and budgeting skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with peers, senior team members, and third-party suppliers
- Excellent knowledge of the MS Office Suite
